In order to teach students how to sing in different styles…I have a responsibility to demonstrate that I can do it too! True Voice Course© is an internet course and these tracks have been recorded for the sole purpose of demonstrating vocal style and technique as reference for my students. There is no intention to infringe copyright and the songs are not for general circulation, commercial sale/gain or reproduction. My students will be referred to the original tracks as well. All copyright ownership belongs to the original composers and artistes.

BACKGROUND TO RECORDING
In North East Greece.…it is not easy to get live musicians. Lia has done a fantastic job for her age and experience backing me with the Roland keyboard. For some of the songs it’s not ideal and recording preset keyboard sounds isn’t ideal either, plus singing to a keyboard drum is like singing to a metronome! We’ve produced the best we can in our circumstances. The vocals are in perfect pitch….I am a lead vocalist and have sung my own backing vocals and harmonies here. It took me 1 - 2 takes on lead and harmonies (I don’t usually sing harmony with myself)! There are no voice effects other than a little reverb, delay and chorus/cathedral on a couple of tracks. All techniques obviously cross over….however each song demonstrates something slightly different in style as well. We can discuss this with your lessons.
